How does Spamadin protect genuine messages?

Spamadin considers the meaning of a message and the context of your website to distinguish genuine inquiries from spam. Submission speed, profanity, or language alone never determines a spam verdict.

Does it work beyond WordPress?

Yes. Our WordPress plugin protects comments and supported contact forms. Other CMS platforms and custom websites can connect through our server API.

Will visitors need to solve a CAPTCHA?

Spamadin checks submissions behind the scenes, without adding a CAPTCHA challenge. Visitors can send their message or leave a comment without an extra puzzle.

Do I need a separate AI account?

No. AI classification is included in your Spamadin subscription. You receive a Spamadin API key for your website; there is no separate AI account or model bill to manage.

What counts toward my allowance?

Each completed spam check counts once, including checks on genuine messages. Your allowance renews every month, whether you choose monthly or annual billing.

Do you keep the messages we send?

Routine checks do not retain message bodies. If you explicitly share a corrected example, Spamadin stores a minimized copy for up to 90 days solely to improve spam detection and reduce false positives. You can delete shared examples in your dashboard.
